Pediatrician of the Year
The physician who shows up for kids and colleagues alike — a pediatrician, NP, or PA whose care and judgment lift the whole field.
Therapist of the Year
An OT, PT, or SLP whose work turns ordinary moments into milestones — and who makes the disciplines around them better.
Allied Health Professional of the Year
The audiologist, dietitian, psychologist, social worker, or specialist whose contribution too often goes unnamed.
Admin & Business Leader of the Year
The person who keeps the doors open — the operator, owner, or leader whose work makes everyone else's possible.
Lifetime Achievement
For a career that shaped pediatric care — decades of showing up for children and for the field.

How it runs

Finalists across all five categories are read live on the Nov 11 episode. Winners are revealed at the Dec 9 ceremony — and honored here afterward.

A cross-disciplinary committee of five to seven reviews every nomination — so no single corner of the field decides. Members announced soon.

It takes about ten minutes. Nominations open Aug 15.
