One field that finally learns out loud, together.
Every pediatric discipline has its own conference, journal, and association. The field as a whole has none. We're building that room.
We’re short on a room, not on excellence.
A pediatrician, an OT, a PT, an SLP, an audiologist, a practice owner — each has a room to learn in. So great thinking stays trapped by credential. An SLP never hears how a developmental pediatrician reasons. An OT’s insight never reaches the PT two doors down. Everyone learns in silos — and the child is the one person who needs all of it at once.
The Pediatric Collective is the room that closes that gap: one place where the whole field shows up, teaches each other, celebrates its own, and speaks with one voice.
“We’re not short on excellence. We’re short on a room big enough to hold it.”Chris Callander · Founder
Our values.
One field, one voice
Cross-disciplinary by default. The whole field in one room, learning out loud.
Convener, not authority
We don't outrank the experts or settle clinical debates. We host the room.
Free by design
A seat at the table shouldn't depend on a budget line. Sponsors keep it open.
Honor the work
The field spends its days celebrating other people's children. Here it celebrates its own.
The whole field — in one room.
Physicians
Pediatricians, NPs, and PAs.
Therapists
Occupational, physical, and speech therapists.
Allied health
Audiologists, dietitians, psychologists, social workers.
Admin & leaders
The administrators and practice leaders who keep the doors open.
